Firmware Engineer

Assignment is 6 months possibly longer depending on the needs of the facility.

Responsibilities of this firmware engineer position include:

1. Design and develop embedded software for client’s products.
2. Work on low-level drivers and application firmware on platforms running Linux / ThreadX real-time OS.
3. Work on design, development, testing, and troubleshooting through the product development life cycle, closely cooperating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

The candidate MUST HAVE:

1. BSEE or BSCS or BSCE or related degree.
2. 4 to 6 years of experience in C and C++ programming, firmware development.
3. 4 to 6 years of experience in real-time embedded systems design, programming, troubleshooting, and testing on platforms running Thread-X, Linux.
4. At least 3 years of experience with cellular communication technologies such as UMTS, CDMA, LTE.
