Responsibilities:

• Primary responsibilities are to set up and operate production runs.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Must be proficient with operating and setting up the CNC Grinding Equipment with extensive understanding of cylindrical grinding techniques, preferably on Studer and Okamoto
• Familiarity with external, internal, and surface grinding
• Working knowledge of a variety of materials, abrasives, and dressing technology
• Ability to work well under pressure, to adhere to deadlines and the ability to be flexible
• Ability to operate assigned equipment safely and efficiently
• Ability to take direction very well and get along with others
• Outstanding punctuality and attendance
• CNC Grinding Machinist experience preferred, but will consider a trainee
