Civil Water/Wastewater Staff Engineer

Russell Tobin is looking for a talented Civil Water & Wastewater Staff Engineer to bolster the ranks of a dedicated team in the Sacramento area! In this role, you'll take the lead and provide support across a spectrum of Civil and Water/Wastewater planning and design endeavors.

This is a direct hire/permanent role with a salary in the $110k-$160,000k range.

Seeking candidates with 4-10+ years of experience

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead diverse design projects spanning levees, water treatment plants (WTPs), pump stations, pipelines, and storage tanks.
• Conduct hydraulic modeling for potable water systems and flooding analyses.
• Generate figures, maps, and graphics using AutoCAD and GIS software.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports and memoranda.

Qualifications:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Possess PE Registration in California or have the capacity to obtain it within a year.
• Accumulate 4-10 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on Water/Wastewater projects.
• Proficiency in GIS, AutoCAD, and Civil3D.
• Desired experience includes potable water system design (WTPs, pipelines, pump stations, storage tanks), wastewater/storm drain system design (pipelines and lift stations), and water/wastewater system planning (Master Plans, hydraulic modeling).
