Top Skills:

1. Expert with the last 2-3 versions of MS Access - Must understand the difference between the versions and be able to convert applications written in older versions to newer versions.
2. Expert in Visual Basic for MS Access.
3. Candidate must be onsite, no remote work available. They have 5 Access based applications that are written in VB.
4. Access can be used for a simple database tool or as a full application interface, that's what they've done in the past.
5. We need an expert in Access and VB to do some minor work, specifically to migrate them.
6. They will have access to the environment to know where everything is and access to business users once changes are made.
7. They aren't rewriting code, just migrating the code.
