Join our team as an Electrical Systems Engineer responsible for developing and maintaining electrical and fire protection systems for a leading shipping supply company. This role involves specifying and procuring emergency generators, overseeing installation of warehouse lighting systems, reviewing subcontractor change orders, and ensuring compliance with building codes.

• Develop and maintain electrical and fire protection system standards.
• Specify and procure emergency generators and electrical equipment.
• Oversee installation of warehouse lighting and control systems.
• Review subcontractor change orders and pricing.
• Coordinate with third-party design engineers on construction projects.
• Review electrical and fire systems submittals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
• 5 years of experience in new building systems installation.
• Knowledge of construction techniques and HVAC, electrical, and fire systems.
• Familiarity with building and fire codes.
• Experience with Data Center UPS, generator, and fire protection systems.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and engineering plans.
