PROJECT LEADER/PR MECHANICAL ENGINEER

If you are a talented and qualified Project Leader with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Professional registration with the Engineering Professional Board and 5 years’ experience then my client in the Construction industry is looking for you!!!!

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Knowledge of: CIDB, PROCSA, Fee Scales, consultant’s appointments.
2. Problem Solving: by analyzing and processing information, asking probing questions.
3. Communicating Information: by being articulate.
4. Showing resilience: and remaining composed when dealing with pressure.
5. Strong Processing skills: by being target-focused and meeting deadlines.
6. Following Procedures, Protocols, and Instructions.
7. Pursuing Goals: by striving to achieve outstanding results, being ambitious, and persisting through difficulties to achieve results.

Desired Experience & Qualification

1. Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2. Professional registration with the Engineering Professional Board.
3. Experience in the Construction Industry.
4. Experience in contracts (JBCC and NEC) administration and financial administration.
5. Experience in Project/Programme Management is a bonus.
6. Minimum experience: 5 years.
