Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience managing projects.
- Experience with SQL and data analysis.
- Experience creating dashboards.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in technical program management in a software development environment.
- Experience with distributed systems architecture.
- Experience with infrastructure and operating systems.
- Ability to adapt in a changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and key milestones, manage resources, anticipate and mitigate risks, and drive projects to completion.
- Identify opportunities to optimize development and release processes. Design, implement, and drive adoption of best practices and tools to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Establish key performance indicators and metrics, collect and analyze data, and use insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Build relationships with stakeholders across engineering teams, product management, and other functions, and communicate, influence decisions, and manage expectations.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members, stay current with industry trends and best practices in engineering productivity and software release management.
