POSITION SUMMARY:

Our Redmond-based client is looking for a Developer Lead for a remote based position.

Responsibilities:

  • The purpose of this team is describing it as the CSAM delivery center, established over a year ago to ramp up vendors for various services.
  • The team assists CSAs in the field by taking on administrative tasks to allow CSAs more time with customers.
  • They focus on services that support customer success account managers (CSAMs) associated with support contracts, aiming to automate services through AI and copilot technologies eventually.

Qualifications:

  • Must have minimum 8 years’ experience with Low Code/No Code solutions development: Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Platform and Power BI for building interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
  • Must have minimum 5 years’ experience with Systems Design & Integration: Expertise in systems architecture, including designing scalable and maintainable systems using a mix of bilateral APIs, microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-based infrastructures (i.e. Azure, and Dynamics). This includes understanding data pipelines, systems integration, and cloud services.
  • Must have minimum 3 years’ experience with Process Documentation & Solution envisioning frameworks: Expertise in creating detailed, clear, and standardized process documentation using tools like Confluence, SharePoint, or Microsoft Word. This includes documenting system designs, development workflows, architectural decisions, and Power BI report development processes. Knowledge of creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), technical specs, and user guides.

  • A competitive pay range of $63/hr- $66/hr (depending on experience).
  • 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
