Job Responsibilities:
1. Conduct failure analysis for daily return and exchange machines in overseas warehouses, pinpoint the rootcauses of faulty machines, and summarize and output analysis results.
2. Perform EWP (Early Warning Program) failure analysis for new projects prior to their overseas launchextracting top issues.
3. Prepare, maintain, and output failure analysis reports
4. Collaborate with After-Sales Quality Engineers in conducting walk-through analysis
5. Track the entire process of failure occurrence, analysis, resolution, and closure.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Communications, Automation, or related fields, At least 5 years ofexperience in hardware failure analysis, with hardware development experience being a plus. (Degrees from both the US and China are accepted.)
2. Solid foundation in digital and analog electronics, able to understand common module circuits and optical principles under guidance, Proficient in using hardware testing instruments such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers to locate problems.
3. Basic understanding of upper and lower computers, able to quickly familiarize oneself with and operaterelated functional software.
4. Capable of independently analyzing and solving problems, including repairing faulty boards and replacing components.
5. Experience in semiconductor laser control equipment, industrial marking machines, laser light sourcedrivers, or motion control industries is preferred.
6. Proactive, dependable, and able to work collaboratively with the team to improve FFR (first Failure Rate)
7. Fluent in Chinese for communication and documentation purposes.
8. Self-disciplined and driven with a strong sense of motivation.
岗位工作内容:
1.负麦海外仓售后日常退换机的失效分析，定位故障机失效的根因并汇总输出分析结果；
2.新项目上市前期海外的EWP失效分析，top问题提炼；
3.失效分析报表、失效分析报告的制作、维护、输出；
4.配合售后质量工程师进行走点分析工作；
5.跟踪失效问题的发生、分析、解决和闭环的全过程。
岗位要求：
1.统招本科及以上学历，电子、通信、自动化等相关专业，5年及以上硬件失效分析工作经验，有相关硬件开发经验优先(美国、中国的学历均认可)；
2.良好的数电、模电等基础知识，在指导下能理解常见的模块电路，光学原理;熟练使用示波器、频谱分析仪等硬件测试仪器，能利用仪器进行问题走位；
3.对上下位机有基本的概念，能快速熟悉和操作相关功能软件；
4.能独立自主的分析和解决问题，能维修不良板包含更换元器件等
5.有半导体激光控制设备、工业打标机或激光光源驱动、运动控制相关行业工作经验的优先
6.主动积极、踏实靠谱，能够配合团队做好FFR改善工作
7.中文能够作为工作语言，进行沟通、书写8.具有自我约束力、驱动力
