Electronics & Software Patent Prosecution Associate

REQUIREMENTS

Seeking a USPTO-registered Associate attorney, with direct work experience as a patent attorney or agent, and with experience in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or related technologies. Applicants should have an exceptional client-service focus, a strong academic record, be detail-oriented, have strong written and verbal skills, and be successful in collaborating with other patent professionals. NC or GA bar required.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Along with a focus on client patent work, the successful candidate will be involved in developing and supporting patent staff.
