Desktop Support Engineer

Fast-paced Boutique Hedge Fund with a superior reputation in NYC is seeking a Desktop Engineer to support hardware, software, and other services to deliver technology infrastructure services for their internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience supporting Windows environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on white glove service
• Deep understanding of physical layer through application layer, security concepts and concerns, relational databases
• Experience in an asset management or technology company is a plus
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills, desire to work within a highly collaborative team
