Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics CRM Tech Lead/ Sr. Developer candidate with 10+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in C# .NET Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics CRM. This role involves developing and maintaining infrastructure solutions that support our business operations with a focus on investment banking and brokerage domains. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our technological capabilities and ensuring seamless integration.

This is an onsite role and the candidate is expected to relocate if not local to Washington, DC- USA.

Job Roles:

Must Have:

1. C# and OOPS Concepts, JSON Creation
2. Knowledge in Extension method, Static class, and Interfaces
3. Experience in writing Lambda expressions and LINQ queries, Basic Null handling, Exception handling, writing Query Expressions
4. Experience of Dynamics 365 field service capabilities and extensibilities
5. Design & Development experience in Dynamics 365
6. In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and Power Platform
7. Experience in doing fitment analysis of customer requirements
8. Hands-on experience in configuration, customization, and extension of Dynamics CRM
9. Hands-on experience in writing plugins, Custom Actions, Custom Workflows
10. Expertise in Solution Management in Dynamics 365
11. Sound knowledge of Security Model in Dynamics CRM 365
12. Expertise in Dynamics CRM deployment processes
13. Knowledge in Performance tuning possibilities in Dynamics 365 implementations
14. .NET Framework Version 4.7.1 or above including strong WCF/Web API experience
15. Good Communication skills

Good to Have:

1. Microsoft Azure knowledge
2. PowerApps Portal Knowledge
3. Knowledge in Power Automate
4. Azure Functions
5. Experience on using XRM Toolbox
6. SQL Server 2012 or above with custom report experience through SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
7. Experience with defined frameworks (MVC, Entity Framework, and Enterprise Library)
8. Knowledge in Upgrade project implementation approaches
