Market Segment Manager-DoD Electronics-REMOTE

The Market Segment Manager-Defense Electronics-REMOTE role is integral in the success of the organization's defense and aerospace market segment. Candidate will utilize their extensive industry knowledge to enhance business growth in Defense and Aerospace.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define and execute market strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends , customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Utilize deep understanding of customer personas, pain points, and buying behaviors to guide segment specific message and positioning.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing to ensure successful execution of segment strategies.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, industry leaders, and partners.
• Analyze and reports on segment performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or an MBA in Marketing. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
• 8+ years of market segment management, business development, product management or technical sales experience.
• Demonstrated commercial success in the Defense industry.
• Working knowledge of defense programs and opportunities.
• Experience navigating defense procurement process.
