Position: Electrical Operations Director
Location: Vienna
Salary: €160k basic

Salary Range: €150,000 - €170,000 per annum
We are currently hiring for a leading international mechanical & electrical provider specialising in turnkey packages for the design, supply, and installation of M&E services.
The Operations Director will provide leadership and direction across designated project teams, fostering positive engagement at all levels of the organisation. You will also have overall responsibility for the management of Senior Staff allocated to your project. Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the operational budget and costs for the portfolio under your remit.
- Manage cross-company implications and synergies.
- Establish new relationships/partnerships and new business/clients to support the future success of the company.
Initially based in Vienna, overseeing a major Data Centre project and working on a rotational basis; on offer is a highly competitive base salary plus a full package that includes:

Ideally, you should have 10-15+ years’ experience in senior/director level roles with leading M&E Contractors or Main Contractors looking after these packages.
