What is your mission?

1. Define, develop, improve, and automate the operational processes of solutions
2. Work with business users to understand needs, issues, develop root cause analysis and work with the team for the development of solutions and enhancements
3. Evaluate analytics and make recommendations for improvements and optimisation
4. Develop standardised release approaches using automated, containerized deployment techniques
5. Collaborate with different teams to adopt DevOps practices and achieve CI/CD outcomes
6. Participate in incident triage and help with relevant issue troubleshooting
7. Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX

Who are we looking for?

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
2. Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position
3. Possesses knowledge of technical know-how and professional software engineering best practices for the full software development lifecycle
4. Experienced with Google Cloud, CI/CD best practices, container infrastructures - Docker, Kubernetes, MySQL and MongoDB database administration and management
5. Experienced with configuration management
6. Ability to work efficiently in a team and willing to work collectively as a team to create quality products
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market
