Project Engineer

D4 Construction Services is a reputable construction company, providing quality construction services to individuals and organizations in the industry. We are seeking an experienced and competent Project Engineer to join our team and manage construction projects from beginning to end. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, safety regulations, and ensuring that construction projects are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities

• Create project budgets and schedules and manage project activities to ensure they follow the schedule and budget
• Use project management software to manage resources, schedules, budgets and scope of work
• Collaborate and communicate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and owners
• Prepare and process change orders, RFIs, submittals and other project-related documents
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and develop and implement quality control protocols
• Manage project closeout process, including punch lists, warranties, and final payments
• Conduct field visits and inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and drawings

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in construction management
• Strong knowledge of construction and engineering principles, practices and techniques
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Experience with project management software, such as Procore, or similar software
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a team environment
