AMSD develops, designs, and manufactures compound semiconductor devices, microwave/millimeter-wave integrated circuits, and modules for defense applications.What You Will DoWork in a cleanroom environmentHandle GaAs and GaN wafersAssist with various lithography, deposition, and etch processesPerform and document optical microscope inspectionsPerform scanning electron microscope imagingFailure analysis and Data analysisWhat You Will LearnWafer fabrication techniques such as lithography, deposition and etch processesOptical and scanning electron microscope imaging techniquesData analysis and trouble-shooting techniquesQualifications You Must HaveMaster’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) major.This position requires 12 months or less of relevant professional work experience (excluding internships).The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
