Minimum Requirements:

1. 6+ months of experience in Full Stack Java Development.
2. Green Card (GC) or U.S. Citizenship (USC) required.

Technical Skills:

1. Proficiency in Java (90% of systems are written in Java).
2. Experience with various Java frameworks/projects.
3. Full-Stack development, including:
1. Backend development in Java.
2. Database design & development.
3. Self-documenting code.
4. Simplicity over complexity.
