Job Requirements / Description
The Reliability Electrical Engineer plays a key part in the installation, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of industrial equipment, with a specific focus on electrical and instrumentation.

- Follows all Company policies & procedures and all site health, safety, security and environmental rules
- Provide support for installation, inspection, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs for electrical equipment.
- Identify and propose opportunities for improvements in reliability and availability and reduction in operating and maintenance cost
- Provide technical support to day-to-day operations and maintenance for repairs and equipment failure analysis
- Support / Participate in HAZOP, PHA, MOC, SCI, ENV, and QCI processes
- Provide program oversight for predictive maintenance monitoring on production equipment for the plant. Support and/or facilitate corrective actions for identified deficiencies.
- Provide guidance and expertise in identifying suitable replacements for outdated electrical and instrumentation equipment.
- Develop and maintain maintenance procedures and departmental practices.

You will bring:
- BS in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of Electrical & Instrumentation engineering experience in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of applicable National Electric Code requirements.
- Experience with industrial Distributed Control Systems
- Hands-on experience with plant electrical and instrumentation equipment maintenance and troubleshooting:
- Variable Frequency Drives
- Motors
- Discrete & Analog Instrumentation
- Industrial communication protocols (HART, Modbus, DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP, etc)
- Automated valves
- Safety Critical Interlocks
- Low voltage power systems
- Knowledge of E&I best practices, standards and maintenance requirements such as technology specific installation, troubleshooting and PM/PdM activities
- Ability to accomplish objectives without direct authority.
- Working knowledge of Windows, and Microsoft Office Programs
- SAP experience is a plus.
