Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Technical Leader to oversee the strategic integration of AI technologies within our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management and the hands-on technical acumen to guide and assist teams directly with technological implementations.

Responsibilities:

1. Architect IT solutions that incorporate advanced AI technologies, ensuring they align with our business objectives and Agile methodologies.
2. Provide hands-on leadership in the development, configuration, and deployment of IT solutions, actively contributing to coding, troubleshooting, and systems integration as needed.
3. Champion digital transformation projects, ensuring the adoption of scalable and innovative IT practices.
4. Ensure compliance with rigorous industry and regulatory standards within the pharmaceutical sector.
5. Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging the IT team to stay current with emerging technologies.
6. Foster collaboration across departments, ensuring IT initiatives support enterprise-wide goals.
7. Mentor IT professionals, ensuring the team possesses the skills and certifications necessary for success.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 10 years in IT leadership with hands-on experience in the deployment of AI technologies.
3. Recognized industry certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or relevant technical certifications in AI technology platforms.
4. Deep technical expertise in a broad range of IT systems, software development, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
5. Strong practical knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java), database management, and DevOps tools.
6. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to teach and guide technical teams in a hands-on manner.
7. Solid understanding of data governance, data integrity, and the importance of data security in a highly regulated industry.
