ProSidian Seeks a Senior Software Test Engineer in CONUS/OCONUS - Olympia, WA and Tumwater, WA to support an engagement for an Agency dedicated to the safety, health and security of 2.5 million workers and helping employers meet safety and health standards.
Senior Software Test Engineer Candidates shall work to support requirements for Program Support and Leads small work teams or phases of complex projects. They will implement designs and functional specifications and negotiate with and influence other work teams in solutions development. Responsibilities include:
- Determining and delegating tasks appropriately.
- Managing multiple and competing priorities and tasks within the work team.
- Completing complex tasks with minimal guidance.
- Defining, monitoring, and maintaining project plans.
- Assisting with identifying and estimating project resources and schedules.
- Proactively identifying and recommending improvements to the testing process.
- Improving efficiencies and reducing costs through adherence and enhancements to project management methodologies.
The Senior Software Test Engineer shall have consecutive employment in a position with comparable responsibilities within the past five (5) years. Must be able to use a computer to communicate via email; and proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint) and related tools and technology required for the position.
A bachelor’s degree is required with at least three years work experience in IT, financial system requirements and analysis, and internal financial controls.
TRAVEL: Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations. LOCATION: Work shall be conducted at the CONUS/OCONUS - Olympia, WA and Tumwater, WA
