Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Under the supervision of the Senior Manager Operational Accounting, the Accounting Data Entry Clerk is responsible for ensuring accurate data entry into accounting systems and supporting the overall accounting department. This position will require a high level of attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy in financial records.
Base Salary Range: $16 - $18 per hour

Remote, Hybrid, or Onsite: This position works onsite out of our Fresno, California office.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Accurately input financial data into accounting software and systems.
• Verify accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
• Perform daily data entry of accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• File and maintain documents, ensuring they are well-organized and easy to retrieve.
• Communicate with vendors and internal team members to resolve issues related to data accuracy or transactions.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Experience
Any combination of education and experience likely to provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities, typically:
• High School Diploma or equivalent degree from an accredited institution, in a related field or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum 1 year of data entry experience, preferably in accounting.
• Bi-lingual English and Spanish preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel.
• Statistical Analysis: Report and explain business processes that have a statistical significance to the company and fall outside acceptable standard deviations.
