Product Designer

About The Role

CaaStle is adding a new Product Designer to our growing Design team! Reporting to the Senior Director, Design, you will be responsible for the maintenance of an expansive, documented design system, ongoing production work across dynamic, simultaneous initiatives in a fast-paced environment while collaboratively integrating universal design principles with the structured opportunity definition and validation processes common in product management workflows. Additionally, you will be directly involved in the execution of ongoing UX testing, insight generation, and reporting.

1. Functional expertise across all design disciplines—static visual, dynamic interaction, and complex journeys—with a developing ability to discuss them in logical, accessible language in cross-functional groups, including stakeholders and senior leadership.
2. An instinctive appreciation for the importance of identifying edge cases, their impact on promoted business goals, and the value of developing initiatives that offer the highest ROI.
3. A genuine love of problem solving and the camaraderie that comes from collaboratively performing against challenges of all types, from compressed timelines, to pivoting priorities, to evolving guiding principles across business cycles.
4. An enthusiasm for learning creative models and methods that lie outside popular design teachings, and a willingness to fail forward in the face of MVP outcomes.
5. A good-natured, infectious desire to help everyone around you, and a growing awareness that design is but a specialization to be used in the service of others; to help them reach the results they desire.

We'd Love For You To Have

1. Two plus years' product design experience
2. Two plus years' design systems experience
3. Fluency in Figma
4. Experience planning & running customer & usability research
5. Knowledge of Photoshop / Illustrator

Pay Range

$105,000 - $115,000. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
