Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing:
- Research, develop, and implement new system hardware and software integrations/upgrades while applying security best practices
- Recommend, demonstrate, and implement technologies to help expand, upgrade, and increase efficiencies to the current environment
- Create and maintain technical instructions, operating procedures
- Monitor and troubleshoot application functionality and performance
- Investigate user performance and work to improve user experience
- Respond to support requests and assist users with Tier 3 incident resolution
- Identify, analyze, and resolve system incidents with both short-term workarounds and long-term solutions
- Provide remote end user support
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
- An understanding of SQL and SQL queries
- Networking (Layer 2/3 routing/switching, firewalls/security policies)
- PKI / FICAM CSEIP - (Certified System Engineer ICAM PACS) Certification Desired
- Automated Access Control Systems
- Intrusion Detection Systems
- Technical writing
- Linux experience
- Basic knowledge/understanding of computer programming

Salary Range: $50.10 - $87.69
