Responsibilities
May include:
-
Responsible for the technical landscape for DevOps implementation
-
Maintains the manifest and deployment plan during the deployment process based on project requirements
-
Monitors and matures DevOps automation
-
Manages Version Control, VCS availability, implementation of CI, CD, CT, VCS, VCS security, and environment
-
Establishes deployment path based on workstreams and requirements
-
Maintains release schedules
-
Coordinates and executes deployment plan
-
Maintains release process, including guidelines for releases
-
Communicates errors and resolution
-
Maintains deployment manifest, including changes made outside of the deployment cycle
-
Perform other tasks as assigned

Manages projects and processes while working independently and with limited supervision

Coaches and reviews the work of lower-level professionals

Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex; takes a new perspective on existing solutions
Qualifications
Knowledge & Skills:
-
Proficiency in Salesforce platform features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
-
Solid understanding of Salesforce development tools and technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.
-
Familiarity with Salesforce declarative customization options like Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Schema Builder.
-
Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns and experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
-
Understanding of Salesforce data model and best practices related to data governance, data security, and data management.
-
Awareness of Salesforce security model including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and data visibility controls.
-
Familiarity with Salesforce DX for source-driven development and version control with Git.
-
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
-
Familiarity with other enterprise IT systems, middleware, and database technologies.
-
Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
Experience:
-
5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, working on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Community Cloud implementations.
-
Proven track record of designing and delivering Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and improve operational efficiencies.
-
Experience in customizing Salesforce applications using declarative tools (Process Builder, Flow Builder) and programmatic development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components).
-
Demonstrated ability to integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
-
Experience in performing Salesforce system configuration, customization, and security settings.
-
Successful participation in full lifecycle implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
-
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and tools like Jira for managing project tasks and user stories.
-
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or other relevant certifications are preferred.
Education:
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Or equivalent working experience.

Salesforce certifications, such as Developer, Application Architect, or System Architect
