We are seeking a talented API Integration Specialist and Manager to join our team and play an important role in our API strategy.


Position Summary

The API Integration Specialist and Manager will be responsible for working with one of our large partners. You will be responsible for overseeing API integration projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and alignment with business objectives. You will also manage the development of new automation features and reports by making sure they are assigned to our development team members. You will then ensure that these projects are done correctly and on time. You will maintain and troubleshoot issues and answer partners’ issues and requests.


Key Responsibilities:


API Integration:

  • Act as the main point of contact for partners during the integration process, guiding them through technical requirements and implementation.
  • Manage API integrations across various platforms and systems.
  • Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless API integration into existing products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues.
  • Conduct API testing, validation, and certification to ensure successful and functional integrations.

Integration Management:

  • Manage API integration projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and challenges.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including developers, partners and business project owners.


Qualifications (preferred):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in API integrations and management
  • Some programming skills
  • Familiarity with API gateway technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong understanding of API testing frameworks (e.g., Postman, SoapUI, JSON, REST).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
