We're seeking a talented Senior Full-Stack Developer to join our team and lead the development of our innovative Marketing experimentation and optimization Platform LiftIQ. What You'll Do

  1. Product Vision: Develop the vision, roadmap and prioritize features that have the maximum business impact.
  2. Lead and Mentor: Oversee development teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and exceed quality standards. Mentor and develop junior engineers to foster a culture of growth and innovation.
  3. Build Scalable Solutions: Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications that handle large-scale data processing and machine learning pipelines.
  4. Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to create exceptional user experiences.
  5. Drive Quality and Efficiency: Establish and uphold rigorous coding standards. Conduct code reviews and implement best practices to optimize development processes.
  6. Stay Ahead of the Curve: Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
  7. Lead and generate technical solutions including specifying of requirements, functional decomposition, analysis, development and testing for current, new and major programs.
  8. Lead development of software system team design content and software anomaly corrections.
  9. Perform complex design analysis.
  10. Specify and balance system requirements.
  11. Provide, communicate, and support common best practices among software community.
  12. Perform other related duties as assigned.
  13. Perform as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for at least one platform or application component.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

  1. Minimum 7 years of professional software development experience.
  2. 7 or more years with object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Python, Java, C++, Scala, etc.
  3. At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Big Data Tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.
  4. Hands-on experience with design and development of highly available, distributed, and scalable systems for large scale data processing and machine learning.
  5. Experience in distributed data processing systems such as Hadoop, Spark and machine learning.
  6. General database entity design, SQL / PLSQL coding, query performance and efficiency tuning.
  7. Solid knowledge of web application development using client-side frameworks / libraries like AngularJS.
  8. Experience with Azure Cloud Technologies, and microservice approaches.
  9. Working knowledge of source control software (ADO, Git or SVN).
  10. Self-starter and quick learner who understands and can adapt to existing software application and computing infrastructures.
  11. Crafting self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components in back-end technologies: Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Cloud Containers.
  12. Understanding messaging technologies such as Azure Event Service, Event Hub / Service Bus, Kafka, as well as other streaming applications & tools.
  13. Ability to architect and implement scalable high availability solutions.
  14. Proficiency in build/release pipeline solutions.
  15. Empathy with users internal and external, and a strong customer focus.
  16. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

This role is based remotely but if you live within a 50-mile radius of (Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, Warren, Milford or Mountain View), you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum.

This job is not eligible for relocation benefits. Any relocation costs would be the responsibility of the selected candidate.
