Peoplebox is looking for digital product designers and UX experts to help companies align and achieve their goals to build rocketship businesses.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design easy-to-use interfaces for organizations to create, manage goals, and run their business reviews.
• Help employees onboard and learn complex concepts through simple terms and experiences.
• Engage with customers to understand our market.
• Build modular, reusable, and accessible design systems.
• Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to represent the design team and facilitate roadmap discussions.

Experience and Qualifications

• 7-9 years experience crafting consumer digital products across mobile and web.
• Understand how tech, product, and businesses work together to ship releases.
• Strong command over the craft and a deeper understanding of design principles.
• Advanced knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or other prototyping tools with experience working with development teams for handovers.
• Excited about working in a fast-paced environment with high ownership in an early-stage setup.
