Job Requirements / Description

Key accountabilities:

  1. Take personal responsibility for safety and adhere to Petrofac's nine Life Saving Rules'

  3. Work in compliance with all ETP Consultancy and Petrofac Safety & Security policies
  4. Utilize and work in compliance with the ETP Consultancy BMS

Key duties:

  1. Deliver right first time' high quality technical work
  2. Be part of the team delivering technical projects in line with contract Scope of Work and budget
  3. Become proficient in the use of BuildME
  4. Identify new work/project extension opportunities when supporting project delivery
  5. Produce of written reports and/or strategy documents
  6. Manage the delivery of individual CTRs as part of project delivery
  7. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of techniques, best practices and statutory requirements appropriate to the business, through appropriate means, i.e. review of periodicals, attendance at conferences/user groups, etc.,
  8. Contribute to continuous improvement in all necessary systems, processes and procedures relevant to the professional management of the business

Have working experience in the following areas:

  • Risk Based Inspection (RBI) and Integrity Management preferably reinforced with suitable skills and expertise in a relevant technical discipline such as corrosion engineering or mechanical engineering
  • The execution of RBI projects
  • RBI software packages and integrity data management systems
  • Non-destructive testing and inspection of pressure equipment
  • Corrosion management systems and corrosion control programme development
  • Fitness for Service and remaining life extension
  • American Petrochemical Institute (API) and other industry Inspection Codes. Knowledge of other international inspection and compliance codes/jurisdictional codes desirable

Working knowledge of all/some of the following:

  • Pipeline integrity management systems
  • Structural integrity management
  • Flow-induced vibration and acoustic-induced vibration of piping
  • Process Safety and Major Accident Hazard management
  • SECE and Performance standard development
  • Qualitative and/or Quantitative Risk management

Knowledge & Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified or equivalent
  • Understanding of the project management process
  • Represent Petrofac in a professional manner

Skills:

  • Computer Literate with good capability of MS Office suite of programs
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to establish good client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • At least 5 years' experience in industry
