What You Will Do

1. Develop consistent secure infrastructure and services in support of AI (inclusive of LLM's and RAGs) as well as aligned Data Services in Azure (and AWS/GCP in late 2024).
2. Lead development of new services and new features within existing services to meet the needs of Guidehouse and our common service approach.
3. Assist in systematizing data engineering approaches inclusive of Data Lakes, Lakehouse architecture, vector databases and other data management strategies.

What You Will Need

1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university plus 4+ years of professional experience OR 8+ years of professional experience in lieu of degree.
2. Strong understanding of Azure in use in an NIST 800-171 or 53 environment.
3. Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and streamlining development approaches.
4. Recognized SRE skills as an Agile participant with leadership skills around SRE processes.
5. Experience with Terraform, GitHub, and Kubernetes.

What Would Be Nice To Have

1. Experience with LLM's including Chat GPT.
2. Experience with Azure Data Lake (2) and Lakehouse architectures.
3. Experience with Python/Jupyter alongside modern infrastructure languages like GoLang.
4. Experience leading by influence and delivering high quality security products in a FISMA Moderate environment.

Compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $86,500.00-$129,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
