Tasks of the Project Manager-Civil Engineer:

• Oversee civil engineering projects, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and schedule.
• Collaborate with diverse teams, contractors, and stakeholders to enhance communication and project synergy.
• Develop and execute strategies, identifying and mitigating risks while optimizing project outcomes.
• Serve as the key client liaison, nurturing positive relationships and meeting expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Enforce rigorous quality control measures to maintain engineering excellence and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications for the Project Manager-Civil Design Role:

• 4-6 + yrs exp w/ PE or
• Experience in Industrial civil/sitework design/permitting is a great addition.
• Design work from start to finish is a must and assisting with production.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Proficient in project management software and engineering tools.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and negotiation abilities.
• Strategic thinking and decision-making proficiency.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
