About The Role:

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team and contribute to the automation and development of our web and Python tools, supporting our front, middle, and back office systems. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills for collaborating with diverse teams and the ability to quickly adapt to and learn various systems.

What You’ll Do:

• Enhance and optimize the existing Python backend infrastructure critical to operational success.
• Collaborate with traders and developers to refine internal web tools incorporating business logic.
• Oversee and maintain front-end visualization tools, primarily using Grafana.
• Streamline and automate manual processes in the middle and back office, reducing errors and inefficiencies.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a comparable position.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Python and JavaScript.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate within a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and end users.
