Who We Seek:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Front-End Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in front-end development, a keen eye for design, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining our web applications, ensuring they are responsive, performant, and visually appealing.

What You’ll Do - Job Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain the Playboy creator platform using Next.js, React, Typescript, and CSS/Tailwind.
  2. Collaborate closely with other engineers and product managers to rapidly build and deploy new features.
  3. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  4. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and adhering to company coding standards.
  5. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality code across the team.
  6. Troubleshoot and debug issues, identifying and implementing solutions in a timely manner.
  7. Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development, integrating them into our development if necessary.

What You’ll Bring - Qualifications and Skills:

  1. BA Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but not required, or equivalent work experience.
  2. Proficiency in CSS, React, and Java is essential.
  3. 5-8+ years of experience working with React/JS, Typescript, and CSS/Tailwind is required.
  4. Proven experience working on a scaled consumer service platform is highly desirable.
  5. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.
  6. A self-starter mentality with a "start with yes" attitude, consistently demonstrating initiative and resilience.
  7. Ability to work within small, high-performing teams, fast-moving teams, contributing to multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

The pay range for this position at the commencement of employment is expected to be $140,000-200,000 annually however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
