Position Overview: As an On-Site Secret Cleared SharePoint Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions for our US Navy customers. This role requires a strong technical background in SharePoint development, previous experience working with US Navy customers, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize SharePoint solutions to meet the specific needs of our US Navy customers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop SharePoint applications, workflows, web parts, and custom solutions using industry best practices.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the reliability and performance of SharePoint solutions.
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, including training and documentation.
- Stay updated on the latest SharePoint technologies and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Adhere to security guidelines and protocols, ensuring compliance with government regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Secret security clearance due to government rules and regulations.
- Previous experience working with US Navy customers.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in SharePoint development.
- Proficiency in SharePoint development tools, including SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, and PowerShell.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, features, and capabilities.
- Microsoft Office 365 (O365) Certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
