Job Description
A client of Insight Globals is looking to add a Salesforce Developer to their team of 12 dedicated to supporting 6 instances within Salesforce Service Cloud. This cross-functional team (onshore/offshore, employees/contractors) supports a Premium Technical Support product, Global Business Rules Management System, and new product launches for the Global Lifestyle business. The global Salesforce Service Cloud implementations provide omnichannel experience for >30 million Personal TechPro customers worldwide.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of heads down Salesforce full-stack development of LWC and Aura components within Service cloud, with experience delivering web portals using Experience cloud on the front end & Apex/API development on force.com on the backend. The pay rate ranges based off years of experience from $70-80/hour.
Skills and Requirements
- 3-5+ years of solid experience developing lightning applications on the Salesforce platform, preferably on Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in the design & development of customer portals using Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud.
- Expert knowledge of CSS, responsive UI, UI/X, HTML, and experience delivering web portals with various branding and theming using Salesforce Communities or Experience Cloud.
- Hands-on experience in administration, configuration, and customization on Sales or Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience working with force.com platform (Apex, SOQL, Unit Testing, Data Loader, Metadata APIs, Web Services, etc.).
- Experienced integrating external systems with Salesforce (sending/consuming data to/from external systems) using APIs.
- Experienced building flows, live agent chat, omnichannel, etc.
- Experienced with Salesforce deployments and DevOps.
- Experience using Gearset or Copado will be a huge plus.
- One or more certifications related to Salesforce development, such as Platform Developer.
- Knowledge of Salesforce AI capabilities such as Einstein and Service GPT will be a huge plus.
