Position: Java Developer with FX Trading/Payment Systems experience

Location: Atlanta, GA/Charlotte, NC (Hybrid 2 Days/Week onsite)

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications for FX trading and payment processing systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Implement and optimize backend services to ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Work on integration with third-party APIs and payment gateways.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and pre-production environments.
• Contribute to the overall architecture and design of the system, focusing on high availability and fault tolerance.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Java development, with a focus on financial applications (FX trading and/or payment systems).
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading systems, and payment processing.

Proficiency in Java frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate) and RESTful API development.
