Job Description
We are seeking a Project Engineer to join our team! You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the organizational system for maintenance of project documentation, including drawings, sketches, and RFI's.
Responsibilities
- Conduct project estimates; perform quantity takeoffs
- Evaluate bids and recommend contract awards
- Solicit vendors for pricing; perform follow-up calls chasing bids
- Maintain various information logs
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously all at various stages and locations
Qualifications
- Degree in engineering or construction management
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work with multiple vendors and contractors
- Keen analytical ability and problem-solving skills
