You Will
- Build Product for our B2B and B2C Offerings
- Grow and retain exceptional talent.
- Provide technical leadership to the Engineering team.
- Solve complex Engineering problems for scale, agility and speed.
- Build exceptional features that thrill the customer.
- Become an expert on our technology stack and ensure we approach solutions in the right way.
- Balance researching new technologies with a practical approach to work towards the research efforts.
- Lead other engineers by example and through technical leadership.
- Write code when necessary – we prefer you are still able to write code and want to do development.
- Work with different teams to improve existing and develop new functionality, pipelines, and workflow.
- Be passionate about the customer experience.
- 10+ Years of Engineering Experience
- Advanced skills in developing high performing software.
- Deep Expertise in enterprise relational databases – MS SQL Server, Oracle, Postgres etc.
- Experience in integration with SAP, Salesforce or other CRM/ERP systems
- Proficient in SQL and able to tune queries for performance.
- Experience in any one or more of – Java, Python, Ruby, Node.js or other modern language
- More than enough Unix to be able to develop and deploy.
- BS in Computer Science or related degree
- Up to 25% travel.
