Responsibilities:

• Develop and evaluate extensive systems comprising interconnected LLMs, MMMs, and RL models.
• Structure data appropriately for training purposes.
• Utilize both open-source and closed-source models to build innovative solutions.
• Construct models with a keen understanding of constraints and requirements.
• Design and execute innovative search and retrieval algorithms within this domain.
• Create thorough model evaluations to ensure optimal performance.
• Address challenging engineering constraints such as latency and costly model inference.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated exceptional data engineering and AI ability through: Publications in top AI conferences and competitions.
• Previous experience at AI companies and research labs.
• Implementation of research papers into production code.
• Hands-on experience in complex ML domains.
• Experience in Electrical Engineering.
• Bonus: Familiarity with code generation models (LLM/NLP/Reinforcement Learning).
• Passion for tackling 0 to 1 challenges head-on.

Senior Opening:

• Strong intuition and experience in training models.
• Background in hardware, particularly experience with semiconductor chips (hardware acceleration backgrounds are highly valued).
• 3-4 years of industry experience in training ML models.
• Comfortable with a senior staff level role, focused on managing a small team.
• 100% hands-on involvement, excited about being an individual contributor.
