We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We're passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.
We're on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

The Opportunity
Do you like thinking about the big picture and solving system-level problems? Adobe Design is seeking an Experience Designer to join our team in crafting the experience for the extended Acrobat products. We work closely with business, marketing, engineering, and research to deeply understand customer needs and deliver the industry standard in Documents and define the future for them. From the small details to big-picture feature concepts and long-term strategy, our work is put to the test by millions of customers across a variety of fields and experience levels every single day.

What You'll be Working on
In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting and enhancing user interfaces for our products, ensuring they are both functional and visually appealing. You'll work with marketing, product management, and development teams to define design architecture, specifications, and requirements. Using design tools, you will construct storyboards, samples, prototypes, and templates for demonstrations and user testing. Additionally, you'll review proposed product changes or improvements to ensure they meet our user experience standards and suggest adjustments. Staying updated on market trends and user experience research will be essential as you refine our products. You'll also conduct user design research and analyze data to ensure our designs meet user needs and preferences.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with product teams, designers, and users to dive deeply into user journeys to identify problems, re-frame into opportunities, and co-create requirements and design plans.
  • Go through an end-to-end design thinking process, from storyboards to user validation sessions.
  • Craft prototypes in XD by using your creativity and follow a design system.
  • Shadow and assist senior designers in workshop facilitation, user research, and leadership readouts.
  • Advocate for the user throughout the design process.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in design with an emphasis on graphic design, HCI, or a related design field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Awareness of how visual design languages and UI frameworks affect the design process.
  • Strong social, written and oral communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to contribute to the creative spirit of the Design team and company.
  • Love of all things design.
