Channel Partner Instructional Designer

The Sage Group’s client, a well-respected collaboration software company, is seeking a skilled Channel Instructional Designer to bring important partner enablement to life. This role is pivotal in executing the creation of channel enablement deliverables that empower our partners.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive learning paths, step-by-step guides, presentations, and other instructional materials. Additionally, you will manage and launch content within our Learning Management System (LMS).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop channel enablement materials, including learning paths, guides, and presentations.
2. Utilize Rise360 to create engaging and effective learning content.
3. Launch and manage instructional content within our LMS.
4. Collaborate closely with the Channel Enablement team and report to the Sr. Manager of Partner Development.
5. Ensure timely completion of quarterly priority projects.
6. Maintain a high standard of quality in all training materials, as assessed by subject matter experts.

Qualifications:

1. 2-4+ years in instructional design and enablement roles.
2. Proficiency in Rise360, strong design skills, and experience with LMS management.
3. Experience in cloud-based technology and creating enablement content for channel partners.
4. Able to build SCORM packages.
5. Familiarity with Google Slides, Keynote, Confluence, and LMS platforms.
6. Self-starter capable of effectively managing your time to successfully execute priority projects within scope and on schedule.
7. Understanding the channel approach/value of channel partners, ability to manage multiple projects, and excellent status tracking of projects.

Duration: Long-term contract (9 mo) with the likelihood of extending longer

Location: 100% remote within the United States

Compensation: $60-62 hourly range, w-2
