You enjoy working in a small but highly successful, fast-paced, agile environment. You thrive when you’re able to come up with creative solutions to solve complex problems and you strive to make a positive impact on every project that you own. Your impact

  • Helping with hiring and onboarding of new technical team members.
  • Coordinating infrastructure changes with appropriate teams.
  • Helping to deliver on our engineering roadmap making sure our application is secure, performant and growing ahead of need.

  • Have proven technology team leadership skills.
  • Experience working with backend and frontend web programming frameworks.
  • Have experience with people management responsibilities, including performance management, training and development, recruitment efforts, and onboarding/training planning.
  • Are equipped with the skills to manage technical initiatives, project planning and prioritization amongst teams' skill sets and project load.
  • Are passionate about growth coaching and helping others reach their potential.
  • Can effectively communicate and work with stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, including executive levels.
  • Are an effective listener with attention to detail, tenacity and the ability to self-manage.
  • Have well developed problem-solving skills with an investigative mentality, decision-making ability and a capacity for strategic and associative thinking.
  • Enjoy participating in discussions and brainstorming sessions for new initiatives and documenting technical requirements.

What we bring to the table

  • Comprehensive benefits program (health & dental) with $2000 towards mental health services and support.
  • Monthly stipend for personal and professional growth.
  • 1 personal day to do as you please.
  • Summer hours in July and August.
  • Work from anywhere in the world for 6 weeks.
  • Downtown Toronto office for a change of workspace routine.
  • A supportive team who celebrates successes and tackles challenges together.
