Position: Engineering Manager
Location: Battle Creek, MI area
Industry leading manufacturing company is seeking an Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join their growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for managing all areas of the manufacturing engineering department including continuous improvement throughout the manufacturing engineering department. Develops and manages the budget for plant equipment, supplies and new product projects.
Job Requirements
- 4-year degree in mechanical engineering or engineering technology or equivalent field.
- Manufacturing Engineering experience in an Automotive environment
- Know Kaizen improvement and lean methods, PFMEA, MS Project Gantt charts.
- Knowledge of production tooling, cost estimation, electrical machine controls.
