Our client is looking to fill the role of User Experience Designer V. Are you an experienced UX designer with a passion for creating innovative user experiences? Join our leading global online store, tech, and streaming company as a contract Senior UX Designer in our streaming division. This hybrid role, based in Seattle or Los Angeles, offers the flexibility to work both remotely and on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Vision & Strategy- Define and drive immersive advertising and shopping experiences for our streaming platform. Develop strategies that enhance the overall user experience.
- Design Leadership-Lead efforts to refine design systems and visual languages, ensuring consistency and excellence across all user touchpoints.
- User-Centered Solutions- Utilize user research and feedback to design solutions that address user needs while meeting business objectives.
- Collaboration- Partner with product managers, stakeholders, and technology teams to align on design goals and create cohesive user experiences.
- Mentorship- Provide guidance and support to other UX designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Impact Assessment- Measure and analyze the success of UX designs using metrics and user feedback, making data-driven improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio of consumer-facing digital products.
- BA in a related field; advanced degree in interactive or user design preferred.
- Expertise in user research, UX design processes, and tools such as Figma.
- Experience designing for living room devices and understanding their unique interactions.
