We are seeking an Engineering Program Analyst to join our team at Leidos. In this role, you will work with the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Office of Engineering and Technology Maturation, supporting research and development projects vital to the national nuclear weapons stockpile. Your responsibilities will include providing clear, concise engineering analyses to support programmatic decision-making and coordinating with various stakeholders. This position requires an active DOE Q or DOD Top Secret clearance and a bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM field with 4+ years of related experience. Primary Responsibilities:
- Providing Federal Program Managers with engineering analyses to support decision-making
- Coordinating program activities and inquiries with Defense Programs, DoD, and Congressional offices
- Developing program plans and briefings to communicate project outcomes and benefits
- Tracking and facilitating programmatic action items and deliverables
- Monitoring project progress and reporting to Federal staff
Required Qualifications:
- Active DOE Q or DOD Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM field with 4+ years of related experience
- Demonstrated history of using analytical strengths to inform strategic decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing briefings for senior management
- Strong writing skills for various audiences
- Experience in military, government, or corporate settings
- Knowledge of database software and PowerBI
