Your Primary Focus

You will work with product teams on complex problems and own the implementation and delivery to customers. Work across the stack with other engineers to create best-in-class experiences and features for candidates, employees, and high-profile companies.

About You

• 5+ years of experience in a full-stack software engineering role
• Experience working with React & Typescript
• Experience and enjoy working with other product roles (designers, PMs)
• Passionate about building iteratively to gather feedback
• Love the idea of owning projects end-to-end

• GCP Firestore, Cloud Run, BigQuery

Salary Range

Pave’s salary range for this position is $203,000 - $236,000 USD per year.

Pave’s compensation philosophy is to target the 75th percentile of the market for both cash and equity. This means that the “mid point” of every band at Pave is the 75th percentile of the broader market.
