Description

The APM is responsible for:

• Assisting Project Managers with day-to-day project activities
• Managing multiple electrical construction projects
• Servicing from contract to close out
• Reading drawings, planning procedures, producing submitals, change orders, etc.
• Obtaining all permit requirements
• Supervising, coordinating, and/or scheduling construction activities
• Attending project meetings
• Software: Timberline

Profile

The right candidate has the following qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in the electrical space
• Construction related degree
• Familiar with Timberline (software)
• Commutable to North Shore - Chelmsford, MA
• Preferably experience in Higher Education/Institutional, Lab/Life science, and Healthcare sectors (not a dealbreaker)
• Eagerness to learn and grow
• Go-getter mentality
