Job Details
MUST HAVES:

• HVAC Design and Plumbing Design MEP experience.
• Experience with Commercial projects such as healthcare, education, government, etc.
• Experience with IMC, IECC, and Energy Modeling using TRACE, eQUEST or other programs.
• ASHRAE Standards, such as 55, 90.1 & 62.1

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate with/present to clients regarding projects
• Head up multiple MEP projects
• Mentor/train mechanical engineers/designers
• Independently design projects from schematic design through project completion
• Produce detailed design documents and specifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering required

-7+ years of HVAC engineering experience

• Good working knowledge of IMC, IECC, and ability to perform Energy Modeling using TRACE, eQUEST or other programs is required
• Strong understanding of ASHRAE Standards, especially 55, 90.1 & 62.1
• Experience in projects with sustainable solutions including LEED certifications or net zero energy are a plus
• PE. license preferred
• Strong communicator with the ability to interact with a variety of clients
