Lead Azure Cloud Developer
Location: Atlanta / Remote
An urgent need for a Lead Azure Developer (Serverless).
The successful candidate would need:
- 50% Hands on Dev
- 30% Lead (POCs, Tech, Design Pattern and Practices)
- 20% Coordination with different teams such as DevOps Teams
We are looking for a Lead Cloud Developer to lead the cloud development and ensure the right designs, patterns, principles etc. are followed, enforced and refined for and within our Integration Hub.
As the Lead Cloud Developer, you will:
- Design and develop cloud native services in Azure
- Support the investigative work to determine requirements
- Lead and mentor other developers
- Own the partnership with cross-functional technology and business teams to ensure consistent solution delivery
Successful candidates will possess the following skills/capabilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer science or equivalent practitioner experience with cloud development skills
- Deep Knowledge and proven hands-on experience with Azure cloud technologies
- 8+ years’ experience with Microsoft technologies
- 4+ years’ experience with cloud technologies
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture and development
- Experience on cloud native development including event-driven architecture with microservices and REST API.
- Experience with object–oriented languages, including .Net, .Net Core and C#
- Experience using development tools, including Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, Git
- Experience on Azure cloud development using the following Azure native resources:
- App Service
- Logic Apps
- Service Bus
- Blob Storage
- Cosmos DB
- Azure SQL
- Key Vault
- Application Insights
- Experience with XSLT
- Good communication skills both written and verbal with technical and business groups
- Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team
- Sound knowledge of agile software development and methodology (Agile certification a plus )
