Job description:
Provide engineering support and subject matter expertise for process equipment, including Ultrafiltration, Chromatography, and Single Use Mixers.
Lead and complete large, complex projects with tight deadlines, ensuring adherence to quality systems and production schedules.
Manage multiple complex assignments simultaneously with minimal supervision, while guiding cross-functional teams.
Participate in all project phases, from conceptual design through validation of process equipment and facilities.
Troubleshoot equipment failures, drive root cause analysis, and own corrective/preventative actions and change controls.
Maintain and update engineering documentation, including specifications, operating manuals, and drawings for GMP equipment.
Own quality records, such as Change Controls, CAPAs, and Deviations, ensuring compliance with manufacturing standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and present work to influence leadership decisions.
